Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 3 spring onions
  • ¼ liter buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • ½ tsp, leveled herb salt
  • 1 tsp salad herbs
  • 1 tsp herb mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Divide the lettuce and wash thoroughly. Then tear it into bite-sized pieces and let it drain in a colander. Thinly slice the radishes and cut the spring onions into small rings. For the dressing, combine the buttermilk with the oil, salt, herbs, and mustard. Toss the lettuce with the radishes and arrange on plates or in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and sprinkle with the spring onions.
