  • 3 bunch Spring onion
  • 175 g Butter
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Salt, ground caraway seeds

  • Using the flour, 150 g butter, 2 egg yolks, a little salt and a little cold water, knead a smooth dough and roll it out in a greased and floured quiche pan. Raise the edge approx. 2 cm. Prick the bottom several times with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming.
  • Heat 25 g butter in a pan. Add the spring onions cut into pieces and sauté until translucent. Take off the stove. Season to taste with salt, garlic and caraway seeds. Add the cold milk and eggs and the 2 remaining egg whites from the batter. Mix everything well and pour onto the dough.
  • Bake at approx. 200 ° C for 40 - 45 minutes.
  • Simply delicious!
