Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 2 bunch spring onions, cut into rings
- 4 slices of rusk
- some cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the sliced spring onions to the boiling vegetable broth and simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, place two slices of rusk into each soup bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then pour the spring onion soup over the soup and serve immediately.
