Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of spaghetti
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 pack of bacon, finely diced
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 medium-sized egg yolks
- 2 cloves garlic
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, separate the eggs and place the yolks in a bowl (discard the whites). Add the cream to the egg yolks, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and whisk vigorously. Finely slice the spring onions and sauté them with the bacon in a large pan. Add the pasta, pour the cream and egg mixture over the mixture, stir once, and you’re done.
