Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • n. B. water, possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fish or meat or …, low in calories

Clean the spring onions, trim the green parts after about 10-15 cm, and cut the onions into pieces of about 8 cm. Sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add salt, and cover. After a few minutes, add a little water if necessary. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Delicious with fish, meat, or on its own; it’s quick and low in calories.
