Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (fusilli)
  • salt water
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella)
  • 1 bowl of arugula
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pasta with arugula, tomatoes and mozzarella

Dice the tomatoes, mix the garlic, chili, chopped mozzarella, and arugula with salt and pepper, and let stand for a while. Then cook the fusilli in salted water, drain, and return them to the pot with the remaining ingredients for another minute.
