Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 2 red bell peppers
- 500 g grapes, white, seedless
- 1 pack of nuts (peanut-cashew mix with honey and salt)
- 1 dash of dressing (yogurt dressing)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the iceberg lettuce and then cut into strips. Dice the bell peppers. Halve the grapes. Add a generous splash of dressing to the salad. Chop the nuts and mix them into the salad just before serving. The great thing about this salad is that you can actually eat the leftovers the next day, so you don’t have to throw the salad away.
