Spring Salad with Prawns
The perfect spring salad with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Cleaned salad
- Half a yellow pepper in strips
- 50 g Sliced cucumber
- 1 Tomato cut into quarters
- 5 tsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
- 65 g Ready-Made prawns
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Spring garlic rolls
- Mix the vegetables. For the dressing, mix white wine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and spring onion rolls. Add to the salad and add the prawns.
