Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese with yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 8 radishes
- 1 bunch of chives
- 8 slices of bread (whole grain)
- 40 g peanuts
Instructions

Whisk the cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Trim and wash the radishes, then thinly slice or grate them. Rinse the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into approximately 2 cm long rolls. Toast the bread slices as desired and spread the cream cheese on top. Top each of 4 slices of bread with the radishes and chives. Roughly chop the peanuts and sprinkle them over the bread. Place the remaining slices on top and then cut them diagonally.
