Squid Cocktail on Arugula Peppers
The perfect squid cocktail on arugula peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Squid fillet from giant squid
- 150 g Yogurt
- 150 g Mayonnaise
- 100 ml Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cognac
- Salt pepper
- 1 St Red peppers
- 50 g Arugula
- 0,5 St Lemon
- Remove the silver skin from the squid and cut into flat cubes
- Put in boiling water, bring to the boil briefly and leave to stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed without additional heat
- Stir the cocktail sauce (yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili and cognac) together and season with salt and pepper
- Drain the squid into a sieve, drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lemon and allow to cool
- Arrange the roughly diced peppers and rocket in a bowl
- Add the squid to the sauce, fold in and spread over the salad
