Squid Cocktail on Arugula Peppers

The perfect squid cocktail on arugula peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Squid fillet from giant squid
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 150 g Mayonnaise
  • 100 ml Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cognac
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 St Red peppers
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 0,5 St Lemon
  1. Remove the silver skin from the squid and cut into flat cubes
  2. Put in boiling water, bring to the boil briefly and leave to stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed without additional heat
  3. Stir the cocktail sauce (yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili and cognac) together and season with salt and pepper
  4. Drain the squid into a sieve, drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lemon and allow to cool
  5. Arrange the roughly diced peppers and rocket in a bowl
  6. Add the squid to the sauce, fold in and spread over the salad
  7. Goes with a bun from Dieter (recipe-495597)
