Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely chop and dice the bell peppers, chilies, spring onions, and garlic. Clean the squid tubes, halve them, and cut them into strips. Halve the pickled tomatoes and tear the basil. Place the tomatoes in a hot pan and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, the diced ingredients, and the basil, and fry them with a little oil. Add the squid pieces and fry them. Season with cayenne pepper and black pepper. Pour in a little white wine and add a little lemon juice for a slightly sour taste. Serve with black pasta. I recommend a dry red wine, such as Merlot, or a fruity Chardonnay.
