Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 60 g sugar
  • 60 g butter or margarine, melted
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some raisins
  • some sugar (granulated sugar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some condensed milk

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Combine the first 7 ingredients with a dough hook to form a yeast dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for at least 45 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out geese. Brush with the egg yolk and condensed milk mixture. Press in a raisin for the eye and sprinkle the remaining body with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 17 minutes. Tastiest fresh.
