Star fruit, orange and pomegranate salad with orange sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 carambola (star fruit)
  • 2 m.-sized orange(s)
  • 6 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • possibly agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the star fruit. Peel and finely chop the orange. Arrange the fruit on a platter with the pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with orange juice and season with sweetness to taste.
