Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pack of cream, dessert cream without cooking, banana flavor
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 175 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Fashion cookies

Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining dough ingredients (except the chocolate and chocolate sprinkles) and knead into a smooth dough. Take about 2/3 of the dough and knead in the chocolate sprinkles. Roll out this dough and cut out circles. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at approximately 180°C for 10 minutes. Roll out the light dough and cut out circles. Place on a baking sheet. Cut out small stars from the circles. Bake the “star circles” in the same way as the chocolate circles. Let the cookies cool. Melt the chocolate (in a double boiler or microwave). Spread the chocolate circles with the chocolate. Then place the “star circles” on top, press down lightly, and let them set. Tip: Also tastes good with a vanilla-flavored dessert cream. If the dough is sticky, chill in the refrigerator for an hour and, if necessary, roll out between cling film.
