American breakfast with bacon and egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can/n beans, small white, in tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package of toast bread
  • 2 packs of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bean sauce: Dice the onion and fry. Add the beans, season with Tabasco, and cook for 5 minutes. American-style egg: Whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt, and pepper, and place in a pan. Do not overcook; just let them cook. After about 4 minutes, quarter the eggs, flip them, and finish cooking. Fry the bacon slices in the pan until crispy. Toast the slices of toast. Pour the egg onto the toast, then add the fried bacon, then cover with the bean sauce. Don’t overcook.
