Starbucks Iced Caffe Latte

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk, cold
  • 80 ml espresso, double (single 40 ml)
  • possibly sugar
  • Ice (crushed ice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill the glass two-thirds full with cold milk, then immediately pour the freshly brewed, still-hot espresso into the cold milk. Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice. If you prefer your iced latte sweetened, we recommend adding the sugar to the espresso, as it’s difficult for sugar to dissolve in cold milk. These measurements are for a standard latte macchiato glass.
