  • 1 piece Mozzarella
  • 8 Discs Serrano ham
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • Black pepper from the mill

  • Balsamic cream
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Also cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Halve the honeydew melon and cut into slices to the width you want.
  2. Peel the carrot completely. For decoration, once again use the kitchen peeler to cut fine slices from the peeled carrot.
