Apple Crumble in Jiffy
The perfect apple crumble in jiffy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 600 g Apples
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 El. Freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 200 g Cold butter, cut into pieces
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 300 g Flour

- Peel and core the apples, then grate finely. Mix with the lemon juice and cinnamon.

- Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a crumbly dough.
So it goes on
- Line a springform pan with baking paper. Pour 1/3 of the dough on the base, distribute and press down a little. Put the filling on top and distribute it. Finally, distribute the rest of the batter over the filling.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, fan-assisted, for approx. 40-45 minutes until the cake is golden brown. It is best to let it cool in the mold.

- The cake will not be so sweet, if you like it sweet, you should increase the amount of sugar. It was just right for us, but our apples were sweet too.
