Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce, green
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g sausage (mortadella)
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (parsley, chervil, chives)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • pepper
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled

Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice it. Wash and trim the radishes, then slice them finely. Place everything in a bowl with the sliced ​​onions and arrange the sausage slices in a cone shape on the salad. Make a marinade with lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. Add the chopped herbs and pour everything over the salad. Peel the eggs, cut them into eighths, and garnish the salad with them. Turn over at the table.
