Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 steaks
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 medium-sized onions, cut into strips
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 large tomato(s), possibly 2, also sliced
- some olive oil
- Spice mix (steak seasoning)
- salt and pepper

Cut a slit into the side of the meat and fill with the bacon slices. Brush the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with the steak seasoning. Sprinkle the sliced garlic cloves into a suitable baking dish and add the steaks. Let them rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Sear the steaks on both sides in a pan and return them to the baking dish. In the same pan, sauté the onion until translucent and pour over the steaks. Place the sliced tomatoes on top of the onions and season with salt and pepper. Bake the steaks in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes and serve with baked potatoes at the end, if desired.
