Steak marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 garlic cloves, alternatively 6 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary, shredded
  • 1 tsp thyme, shredded
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop (if you don’t want to chop them, you can also use garlic powder: 1 clove = 1 teaspoon). Mix all the ingredients for the steak marinade. Note: The marinade is quite thick, so I brush a little more of it over the steaks and then place them in a bowl. Then simply pour the remaining marinade over the steaks and cover and refrigerate overnight.
