Ingredients
 

  • 3 Neck steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Pickled gherkins pickled
  • 125 g Sauerkraut drained fresh
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 4 tbsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Freshly grated horseradish
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Wash the neck steaks - pat dry - season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard in the hot fat fry both sides - remove and keep warm.
  • Peel the onions in half and cut into slices, dice the cucumber and sauté both in the roasting fat.
  • Now cut the sauerkraut into small pieces, add to the onion-cucumber mixture and fill up with a little water - let it simmer
  • Pour in the sour cream - stir well - but do not let it boil anymore.
  • Finally stir in the dill, horseradish and mustard, season with salt and pepper
  • Place the neck steaks on a plate - spread the onion sauerkraut on top and serve with the baked potatoes.
