Ingredients
- 3 Neck steaks
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 3 Onions
- 2 Pickled gherkins pickled
- 125 g Sauerkraut drained fresh
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Dill
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated horseradish
- 1 tsp Mustard
Instructions
- Wash the neck steaks - pat dry - season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard in the hot fat fry both sides - remove and keep warm.
- Peel the onions in half and cut into slices, dice the cucumber and sauté both in the roasting fat.
- Now cut the sauerkraut into small pieces, add to the onion-cucumber mixture and fill up with a little water - let it simmer
- Pour in the sour cream - stir well - but do not let it boil anymore.
- Finally stir in the dill, horseradish and mustard, season with salt and pepper
- Place the neck steaks on a plate - spread the onion sauerkraut on top and serve with the baked potatoes.
