- 800 g Fine meat loaf
- 3 Large onion fresh
- 6 Large pickles
salad dressing
- 8 tbsp Beef broth
- 8 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 8 tbsp Neutral oil
- 5 tbsp Cucumber water, from the pickles
- 2 tsp Hot mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Hot rose paprika
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the salad dressing. I like to use white balsamic vinegar.
- Cut the meatloaf into thin strips.
- Peel the onions, cut in half, lay them horizontally and separate the strips.
- Cut the cucumber into fine strips.
- Now add all the ingredients to the salad dressing, mix everything well, let it steep for two hours. Season again to taste. And now enjoy your meal.
- You can also add a strong cheese (cut into cubes or strips), but only shortly before serving, because the cheese quickly becomes greasy.
