Sausage Salad Made from Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 800 g Fine meat loaf
  • 3 Large onion fresh
  • 6 Large pickles

salad dressing

  • 8 tbsp Beef broth
  • 8 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 5 tbsp Cucumber water, from the pickles
  • 2 tsp Hot mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Hot rose paprika

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients for the salad dressing. I like to use white balsamic vinegar.
  • Cut the meatloaf into thin strips.
  • Peel the onions, cut in half, lay them horizontally and separate the strips.
  • Cut the cucumber into fine strips.
  • Now add all the ingredients to the salad dressing, mix everything well, let it steep for two hours. Season again to taste. And now enjoy your meal.
  • You can also add a strong cheese (cut into cubes or strips), but only shortly before serving, because the cheese quickly becomes greasy.
