Sausage Salad Made from Meat Loaf

The perfect sausage salad made from meat loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Fine meat loaf
  • 3 piece Large onion fresh
  • 6 piece Large pickles

salad dressing

  • 8 tbsp Beef broth
  • 8 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 5 tbsp Cucumber water, from the pickles
  • 2 tsp Hot mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Hot rose paprika
  1. Mix the ingredients for the salad dressing. I like to use white balsamic vinegar.
  2. Cut the meatloaf into thin strips.
  3. Peel the onions, cut in half, lay them horizontally and separate the strips.
  4. Cut the cucumber into fine strips.
  5. Now add all the ingredients to the salad dressing, mix everything well, let it steep for two hours. Season again to taste. And now enjoy your meal.
  6. You can also add a strong cheese (cut into cubes or strips), but only shortly before serving, because the cheese quickly becomes greasy.
