Steamed Cod
The perfect steamed cod recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Cod fillet
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0,5 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 tbsp Salad kernels pumpkin, sunflower and pine nuts)
- Peel the garlic, cut down the spring onions
- Process the fresh spinach leaves with tomatoes, garlic, spring onions, seeds, oil and salt in a mixer. Looks much greener afterwards than in the photos!
- Heat everything and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
- Until then, this can also be prepared well.
- Place the fish in the warm sauce and let it sit patiently over a gentle heat.
