Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g rice (long grain rice)
- 750 ml broth, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Finely chop the onion, heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion pieces until translucent. Add the rice and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the hot stock and bring to a boil. Allow to swell over the residual heat.
