Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Salt
- pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Soak the breadcrumbs in milk. Combine the ground meat, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and curry powder in a meatball mixture. Add the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. Form small balls with wet hands and fry in oil. Stir the balls continuously in the pan to ensure even browning on all sides.
