Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream / Cremefine
- 1 cube of vegetable stock, instant
- ½ tsp mustard
- cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Carrots with a twist
Peel and slice the carrots, and cook until al dente. Sauté the onions in a pan and deglaze with soy sauce. Add the sour cream, stock cube, mustard, and cream and bring to a boil. Place the carrots in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 175°C until the cheese has melted.
