- 500 g flour
- 260 g water
- 15 g olive oil
- 10 g salt
- 10 g yeast
- n. B. Herbs of Provence, optional
- e.g. oregano, optional
- e.g. pepper, optional

with little yeast
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead with a food processor until a thick ball of dough forms. If desired, add 2 tablespoons of oregano, 1 tablespoon of Provençal herbs, and a pinch of pepper. The herbs can be omitted if children don’t like them. Cover the dough in the bowl with a damp cloth, making sure the cloth doesn’t touch the dough. Let it rise at room temperature for about 8 hours. After the resting time, make stick bread as usual. This dough makes about 15 stick breads.
