- Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt from the mill
- 3 piece Basil leaves

- 12 piece Frozen king prawns
Topping
- 1 tsp Balsamic cream
preparation
- Bring the water with sea salt to a boil … Put the oil in a pan … Wash, peel and slice the potatoes … Peel the garlic clove and onion and cut into rings … Wash and clean the peppers and cut into thin strips … Wash tomatoes, remove the stems and quarter them … Thaw prawns under hot water … Grow and chop basil leaves
Cook
- Cook the potato slices in salted water for about 10-15 minutes, drain and set aside … Marinate the garlic and onion rings in oil and sear them with paprika strips for about 5 minutes … Add the tomatoes, bring to the boil and remove the loose skin. ..
