- 16 piece Elderflower
- 1000 g Sugar
- 500 ml White wine dry
- 500 ml Water
- 2 piece Lemons fresh
- 5 stem Mint fresh
- Boil the sugar in wine and water until it has dissolved.
- Clean the elderflower (shake it a little so that the residents undress), wash the lemons with hot water and cut them into slices.
- Add the blossoms and lemon slices to the sugar-wine together with the mint, cover and let steep for three days.
