  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 teaspoon Pear balsamic crema
  • 1 teaspoon Estragon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Ingredients for the calorie-saving yogurt variant

  • 150 g Greek yogurt

preparation

  1. Fill all the ingredients for the Grundmajo into a tall blender jar – put the blender stick in and mix vigorously for a few seconds at the bottom of the blender jar – then hold the blender jar at an angle and slowly pull the blender stick upwards while continuing to mix
  2. then add the Greek yoghurt and mix everything again briefly (I use Greek yoghurt because it is firmer and the majo is not thinned) – and DONE!
