The perfect yoghurt mayonnaise – saves calories and time recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients for the basic mayonnaise
- 150 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 teaspoon Pear balsamic crema
- 1 teaspoon Estragon mustard
- Salt and pepper

- 150 g Greek yogurt

With this variant there is guaranteed no curdling, no endless adding of oil drop by drop and no laborious stirring …
preparation
- Fill all the ingredients for the Grundmajo into a tall blender jar – put the blender stick in and mix vigorously for a few seconds at the bottom of the blender jar – then hold the blender jar at an angle and slowly pull the blender stick upwards while continuing to mix
- then add the Greek yoghurt and mix everything again briefly (I use Greek yoghurt because it is firmer and the majo is not thinned) – and DONE!
