Stracciatella Muffins (24 Pieces)

The perfect stracciatella muffins (24 pieces) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Glasses Flour
  • 1 glass Sugar
  • 1 glass Oil
  • 1 glass Milk, 3.5%
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • Dark chocolate sprinkles as required
  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the oil until frothy. Now add the milk.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture. Finally stir in the crumble. You can also take smarties 🙂
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees) and grease the muffin tins or line them with paper liners. Divide the batter into the molds and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes.
