Stracciatella yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt (3.8% fat)
  • 30 g raw cane sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla, real, ground
  • 10 g dark chocolate (10 g = 2 small pieces of a 100 g bar)
  • some milk, if you want the yogurt to be a little more liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and delicious dessert

Mix the yogurt with the cane sugar and vanilla until the cane sugar is completely dissolved. Grate the chocolate into the yogurt (I always do this with a vegetable peeler) and stir in. If necessary, stir in a little milk if the yogurt is too thick. One more note on the amount of sugar: Store-bought stracciatella yogurt usually contains 14-15% sugar. For 300g of natural yogurt, this equates to about 45g of sugar. In my opinion, that’s much too sweet. Even with 30g (approx. 10% sugar content), the yogurt is still very sweet. 30g is just right for us, although I find the whole thing a bit too sweet. So please adjust the amount of sugar to your own taste if necessary.
