- 3 strips of Camembert(s), savory
- 3 slices of smoked salmon
- 3 slices of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Spice mix (Magic Dust)
- e.g. butter
- e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the tomatoes, fry them in butter with salt, and braise for about 5 to 8 minutes. Finally, season with pepper and Magic Dust. Fry the bacon in a pan with a little butter until crispy, then flip and add the beaten eggs. Cook for about 5 minutes, then season with pepper and grated Parmesan cheese. Cut open the croissant and place the Camembert slices on top, followed by the salmon. Place the bacon-fried egg on top of the salmon, and then garnish with the tomatoes.
