Ingredients
Roasted onions:
- 1 size Onion
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Marjoram potatoes:
- 600 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- Telly cherry pepper
- 1 tbsp Marjoram fresh
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Meat Cheese & Eggs:
- 2 Discs Meat loaf
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp Seasoned salt
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
Roasted onions:
- Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine slices. Heat a pan with oil and roast the onions with a little sugar, then season with salt. Put aside.
Marjoram potatoes: (oven 200 ° degrees)
- Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix with oil, seasoned salt, pepper and chopped marjoram. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. I use a hot air fryer for this.
Meat Cheese & Eggs:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in each pan and fry meat loaf in a pan over medium heat. In the other place the 4 eggs over medium heat until the eggs have a crispy, brown edge and the egg whites have conched. Then season with seasoning salt.
