Ingredients
 

Roasted onions:

  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Marjoram potatoes:

  • 600 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 tbsp Marjoram fresh
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Meat Cheese & Eggs:

  • 2 Discs Meat loaf
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp Seasoned salt
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Roasted onions:

  • Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine slices. Heat a pan with oil and roast the onions with a little sugar, then season with salt. Put aside.

Marjoram potatoes: (oven 200 ° degrees)

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix with oil, seasoned salt, pepper and chopped marjoram. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. I use a hot air fryer for this.

Meat Cheese & Eggs:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in each pan and fry meat loaf in a pan over medium heat. In the other place the 4 eggs over medium heat until the eggs have a crispy, brown edge and the egg whites have conched. Then season with seasoning salt.
  • Now distribute the meat loaf on two plates, 2 eggs each and fried onions and finally the potato wedges! Now sprinkle with chives rolls! Serve!
