Strammer Mettwurst-Max with cucumber, cheese, onion

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread
  • butter
  • 40 g Mettwurst (spreadable sausage), with pepper
  • 4 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 1 slice(s) cheese
  • n. B. onion rings
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. chili flakes
  • e.g. fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Place the slice of bread on a plate, spread with butter, and spread the sausage spread over it. If peppered sausage isn’t available, sprinkle some black pepper over the sausage. Place the cucumber slices on top of the sausage and cover with a slice of cheese. Arrange the onion rings evenly on top of the cheese. Heat a little fat in a pan, fry the egg until fried, and season with chili flakes. Place the fried egg on top of the onions. Garnish the Strammer Max and serve.
