Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g macaroni
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 2 eggs
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 tsp herbs, e.g. parsley, chives …, freshly chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Oven-baked macaroni
Cook the macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and let it drain. Grease a casserole dish and add the drained macaroni. Cut the cooked ham into strips and fold in. Mix the cream, eggs, and cheese, then fold in the herbs. Pour everything over the pasta and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Side dish: seasonal leaf salad.
