Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml Cremefine
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 cherries
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • possibly sugar, honey or other sweetener
  • n. B. mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

light and fresh

Squeeze half a lemon, combine the juice with the Cremefine, and then whisk or blend until firm and creamy. Divide the mixture between two glasses. Mash the banana with a fork on a deep plate and mix in the honey. Divide this mixture between the two glasses. Halve and pit the cherries and layer them on top of the banana mixture. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, sweetened or unsweetened, to each glass and garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Chill the KiBa dessert for about 1 hour and then serve.
