Ingredients
 

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 60 Milliliters White wine dry
  • 60 g Sifted flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 12 Fresh strawberries
  • Oil
  • Powdered sugar
  • Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Separate egg. Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar and wine until frothy. Sieve the flour over it and stir. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and fold into the batter.
  • Wash the strawberries and let them dry well on kitchen paper.
  • Heat the oil. Pull the strawberries through the batter and fry in the oil until golden brown. Take out and let the excess oil drip off on kitchen paper.
  • Place the strawberries on dessert plates. Sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar. Garnish with strawberries and mint ... or as the mood takes you ... 😉
