Strawberry and Red Berry Crumble

The perfect strawberry and red berry crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 750 g Red berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 1 Knife point Cinnamon
  • 100 g Butter (cold and diced)
  • Vanilla icecream
  1. Clean and quarter the strawberries, check the berries and wash them gently.
  2. Put all the fruits in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the flour, almonds, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Add the butter cubes and knead to make crumbles.
  5. Pour the streusel over the fruit.
  6. Bake the Crumble at 180 degrees (fan-assisted) for 20 to 25 minutes. (The baking time is longer for other types of fruit)
  7. Serve lukewarm with a good vanilla ice cream.
