Strawberry and Red Berry Crumble
The perfect strawberry and red berry crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Strawberries
- 750 g Red berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
- 150 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 1 Knife point Cinnamon
- 100 g Butter (cold and diced)
- Vanilla icecream
- Clean and quarter the strawberries, check the berries and wash them gently.
- Put all the fruits in a baking dish.
- Mix the flour, almonds, sugar and cinnamon.
- Add the butter cubes and knead to make crumbles.
- Pour the streusel over the fruit.
- Bake the Crumble at 180 degrees (fan-assisted) for 20 to 25 minutes. (The baking time is longer for other types of fruit)
- Serve lukewarm with a good vanilla ice cream.
