Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • e.g. milk (cow’s milk or oat/nut milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Break the banana into pieces and blend well with strawberries, oats, and peanut butter, then add enough milk until the desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and enjoy. The shake is extra refreshing with frozen strawberries and cold milk.
