Polish sausages with potatoes and cabbage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 pairs of sausages (Polish sausages)
  • ½ white cabbage
  • 650 g potatoes
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

simple, hearty home cooking

Wash and chop the cabbage. Peel and dice the potatoes. Briefly fry both in a roasting pan in a little fat, then deglaze with a little water and add the Polish sausages. Mix everything well again, then simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
