Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 200 ml juice (strawberry)
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Stir in the strawberry juice, oil, and salt. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Tip: If you like cinnamon, you can add 1 teaspoon.
