Stuffed pork fillet with bacon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 30 slice(s) bacon, approx.
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and dry the pork fillet. Halve the fillet, then slice lengthwise (do not cut all the way through), unfold, and spread with mustard. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onions and spread them on one side of the unfolded fillet. Line up the bacon slices next to each other (slightly overlapping). Fold the meat over and place it on the bacon. Then roll it in the bacon. Heat a pan with oil. Place the fillet in the pan with the side where the bacon overlaps first. Turn it a little bit at a time until the fillet is cooked on all sides. I recommend a delicious cheese sauce with this.
