Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g strawberries, chopped or pureed
  • some milk as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

quick and easy

Beat the butter and powdered sugar until light and creamy. Then add the strawberries and mix. If the cream is still too stiff, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk. Refrigerate for half an hour.
