Strawberry Cake small and Fine …
The perfect strawberry cake small and fine … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the filling:
- 100 ml Cream
- 50 ml Advocaat
- 0,5 bag Paradise cream vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sauce powder
Aside from that:
- 1 Sponge cake base with a diameter of 17 cm

- 1 tablespoon Brandy to drizzle with
- 1 Red cake topping
- 1 tablespoon Extra fine sugar
- Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and cut the fruit in half. Place a cake ring around the cake base.
- For the filling, put the cream with the egg liqueur in a mixing vessel, pour in paradise cream and sauce powder and mix briefly with the hand mixer on the lowest setting. Then whip on the highest level for about 3 minutes to a fluffy cream.
- Drizzle the cake base with the brandy and immediately spread the cream over it. Cover with the halved strawberries tightly, prepare the icing with a tablespoon of sugar according to the instructions and spoon it over the fruit when it has cooled slightly.
- Only after it has cooled down remove the cake ring and enjoy the tartlet with a good coffee.
