Manti with Fried Onion Rings and Various Sauces

dough

  • 250 ml Water
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 shot Cooking oil
  • 700 g Wheat flour

Meat filling

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 4 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Cumin

  1. For the dough, mix the cold water, eggs, salt and a tablespoon of cooking oil in a glass.
  1. Slowly add the water from the glass to a well made of flour and create a smooth noodle piece. The dough should not become too hard or too dry.

filling

  1. For the filling, put the minced meat, finely chopped onions and garlic in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and cumin and mix everything together.
