Strawberry Cake with Custard

- 250 gr Margarine
- 375 gr Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar

- 6 Eggs
- 100 ml Whipped cream
- 250 gr Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 kg Strawberries
- 1 liter Milk
- 2 Packs Vanilla pudding
- Grease for the tin
- 2 packet Red cake topping
- Mix the butter or margarine, 250 g sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add a pinch of salt. Mix in eggs and whipped cream one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder and fold in. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Let cool down.
- In the meantime, wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix about 7 tablespoons of the milk with 125 g of sugar and pudding powder. Bring the milk to the boil, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again while stirring. Then let the pudding cool down a bit, then spread it on the cake and top with strawberries.
