Strawberry Cake with Custard

  • 6 Eggs
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 250 gr Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 2 Packs Vanilla pudding
  • Grease for the tin
  • 2 packet Red cake topping
  1. Mix the butter or margarine, 250 g sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add a pinch of salt. Mix in eggs and whipped cream one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder and fold in. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. In the meantime, wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix about 7 tablespoons of the milk with 125 g of sugar and pudding powder. Bring the milk to the boil, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again while stirring. Then let the pudding cool down a bit, then spread it on the cake and top with strawberries.
