Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, Yoghurette in pieces, frozen
- 150 g coffee – white
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 40 g instant coffee powder (Nescafe)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
from the Thermomix
Halve the yogurt sticks and freeze. Crush the frozen chocolate pieces in a food processor on speed 8 for about 10 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 8 seconds on speed 5-6. Pour the powder into screw-top jars. Use about 4-5 teaspoons of powder per cup (of hot water or hot milk). Also great as a gift!
