Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, ripe
  • e.g. vinegar (strawberry or raspberry)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Extra light – delicious as a side dish or just on its own!

Wash strawberries, drain, slice, arrange nicely on a large flat plate or platter, drizzle with strawberry or raspberry vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
